A: We double-bag and dispose of pet waste in your designated trash barrel or we bring it with us for a $5 removal fee & we will dispose it in accordance with local sanitation regulations.

A: Yes, we can clean hard surfaces upon request, and we offer deodorizing and disinfecting services for an extra fee.
Q: What if my dog is aggressive or scared of strangers?
A: We ask that you notify us ahead of time. In some cases, the dog may need to be secured inside during visits for everyone's safety.

Q: How do I pay for service?
A: We accept payments via credit/debit card, Cash, Venmo, or auto-pay through our secure online portal. Invoices are typically billed monthly. Please call or text us if you plan on paying by cash or Venmo to start service.
Q: What happens in bad weather?
A: Light rain won’t stop us, but for safety reasons, we may reschedule during severe weather conditions (snow, thunderstorms, etc.).
Q: Can I pause or cancel service?
A: Yes. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
